Summer Series: Day 2 – Information: Segmenting, Cleaning, Using, and Strategic Skills Challenge
Day 2 of our Redtail Summer Series is all about effectively managing and using the various pieces of client information that gives your CRM its true power, as well as applying those data using common strategic approaches. By registering for Day 2, you'll be able to attend Course 3 and Course 4.
Course 3 primarily focuses on contact information, especially in regards to setting you up to better organize and collect that information in your CRM. We’ll be implementing and showing the usage of Contact Management, The Contact Record, Customization, Advanced Searching, Lists, Reporting, Seminars, and Opportunities as tools to help manage and work with our contact information. Course 3 is an intermediate, nuts-and-bolts training through the CRM as a tool.
Course 4 will then take those various tools and use them to strategically approach practice management scenarios that are typically found during the day-to-day of a financial office. By using an interactive, game show approach, Course 4 allows users to have fun while going over those strategies. Course 4 is mostly conceptual, with a focus on the practice management scenarios and how to use the previously discussed items to strategically approach them.
